Hi Felicity,
Glad to know that the relaxation technique that I wrote about helped you. Another tip is, now try to close your eyes and do the same thing for two or three minutes. Don’t open your eyes to check the time if you can help it, so maybe set an alarm for two or three minutes, and try not to fall asleep. You’ll see you’ll feel very relaxed. Again, glad you stopped by. I did take a moment to close my eyes and take a few deep breaths and it is amazing just how calming it is. Life is so busy and you need to take time out like this. I find it better than group meditation. That never works for me at all.

Hi Michael, Thank you so much for touching on the subject of Romance…Not that I am surprised !! After all you are “The Voice of Romance”
You’re right, there are so many ways to keep romance alive.
What I have learnt is that actions speak louder than words…to do something special for your loved one means so more than the actual spoken word.
You and Marta must have a lovely week.
